Refund policy

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made on www.trendstore.in (“Website”) operated by Arpimi Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

This Policy is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


1. Return Window (10 Days)

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice) must be provided

Return requests made after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect; OR

  • The product does not fit (size exchange subject to availability); OR

  • The customer is unsatisfied, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Gift cards

  • Innerwear (if applicable) due to hygiene reasons

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alteration


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@trendstore.in within 10 days of delivery

  2. Mention Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach photos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)

Upon approval, return instructions will be shared.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange reverse pickup at no additional cost.

  • For size exchanges or discretionary returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval/rejection will be communicated via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout

Processing time by banks/payment gateways may vary.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Policy

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)

  • Customers must provide accurate bank account details or UPI ID

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection

We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect banking details provided by the customer.


8. Order Cancellation

As per e-commerce rules:

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted and the standard return policy will apply after delivery

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Unavailability of stock

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.


10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
