This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.trendstore.in (“Website”), operated by Arpimi Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 9:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may extend.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

We currently ship across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 1–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping, if offered, will be clearly mentioned during promotions.

Shipping fees once paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

  • COD availability depends on serviceable pin codes.

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply (if applicable, it will be shown at checkout).

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future purchases.


6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the provided tracking link.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

If:

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Customer is unavailable at time of delivery

  • Order is refused without valid reason

Re-shipping charges may apply.

If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may:

  • Refund the order amount after deducting shipping costs; OR

  • Re-ship the order after additional shipping payment.


8. Damaged Package in Transit

If the package appears visibly damaged at delivery:

  • Refuse delivery (if possible) OR

  • Record clear images/videos at the time of delivery

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@trendstore.in

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

As per applicable law, we shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Government orders

  • Courier operational issues

However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.
